A product line based on the 80-year traditional recipes plus the advantages of new technology. Each product is the result of a different combination of selected beef and pork, which undergo a special denerving process. Using natural species, sausages are fermented, dried and matured under controlled temperature and moisture conditions. This permits to create equal processing conditions, ensuring the same quality in each piece.
